1. What this service is

ReviewMyContracts provides automated analysis of contracts you upload. It produces a risk assessment, clause-level findings, suggested wording and answers to questions about your document. It is an information tool.

2. What it is not

It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. It is not a substitute for a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction, and it must not be relied on as the sole basis for signing, refusing, or terminating an agreement. Output may be incomplete or wrong; every finding quotes your document precisely so that you can verify it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person or organization; do not share access.

4. Your content

You keep all rights in the documents you upload. You confirm you are entitled to upload them and that doing so does not breach any confidentiality obligation you owe. You grant us the limited right to process them solely to deliver the service to you.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload material you have no right to disclose, use the service to break the law, try to reverse engineer or resell the output as a legal service, or attempt to overwhelm the system with automated requests.

6. Credits and payment

A credit is consumed when a full report or comparison is produced. If generation fails, the credit is returned automatically. Monthly allowances reset at renewal and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel from your dashboard at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period.

7. Refunds

If a report is materially wrong or unusable, contact us within seven days of purchase and we will refund it.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. The service depends on third-party model APIs which may be unavailable or rate limited.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, or for decisions taken in reliance on the output. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect.
